What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use your first name only to greet you in the newsletter.

How we use it

• To send you the newsletter and the welcome email with the free checklist.
• To read and answer your replies.

We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone for marketing.

Who processes it

Subscriptions and emails are handled by MailerLite, our email service provider, under its own privacy policy. MailerLite may record whether newsletter emails are opened and which links are clicked. We use those numbers only to see which ideas help readers most.

This website

This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies of its own. The signup form is provided by MailerLite and is governed by MailerLite's privacy policy.

Your choices

• Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To see, correct or delete your data, email us and we'll do it promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe, MailerLite keeps a record of the unsubscribe so we don't email you again.
